Returns and Shipping


– We ship worldwide except to USA and Canada using various courier companies, should you be located outside Europe please inquire to obtain shipping costs.

ALL Special Orders: will be charged shipping costs. For Special Orders we intend products that are NOT in stock in Europe, but need to be dispatch other international warehouse. Please inquire to obtain shipping costs for all Special Orders.

NO products will be shipped to customer located in the USA or Canada.

Shipping charges and sales VAT tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the ship to postal code is correct. If an item is not available, the customer may contact us for further availability information. After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an email confirmation on their order. All orders placed will be dispatch once the wired amount is visible on our Bank account, instead all order paid by credit card (AMEX excluded) or paypal, placed within 13 PM local time will be dispatch the same day; all orders placed on weekends will ship on the upcoming Monday. The customer will receive another email confirmation after the order has been shipped. If the customer has not received a shipping notification with a tracking number within 72 hours of placing the order, the customer should contact us here and one of our dedicated support agents will respond in a timely manner.

Delivery times are strictly linked to the destination places and to the traffic of goods.


MagnaFlow offers a 30 day returns policy for all products that are unused and in original packaging, effective from the confirmed shipment arrival date. Returns of products that are used and/or not in original packaging, returned within the 30 day timeframe, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. The customer is responsible for the return cost to ship the product back to MagnaFlow facilities on all returns excluding warranties.

MagnaFlow will provide the customer with a prepaid return label that must be used to ship the product. Any returns received without the provided prepaid return label will not be accepted. Once the product is received and inspected, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

For all returns due to a product defect, please see our warranty policy here. If the return is accepted under our warranty policy, the customer will receive a full refund and the return cost to ship the product will be covered by MagnaFlow. If the return is not accepted under our warranty policy, the normal return policy stated above will apply. To submit a warranty claim, please follow our normal return process listed below, and choose “Warranty Defect” as the reason. Customers will need to ship the product using the prepaid shipping label provided by MagnaFlow. Once the product is inspected and found to be defective, the customer will receive a full refund, without any return cost deduction.

For all warranty returns and non-warranty returns, please allow 5 business days, from the receipt by our facility,  MagnaFlow to inspect the item. If there are any issues regarding a return, Customer Service will contact the customer.

damage claim should be forward within the next 3 days from the receipt of the goods, with pics of the box and of the damage, in this cases (not depending from us), we will evaluate the situation and eventually replace the parts with equal or similar ones. IMPORTANT: IN CASE OF EVIDENT DAMAGE, THE BOX MUST BE ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE TO THE COURIER.


If a refund is to be issued, it will be processed by the 30th business day from the receipt of the item to our facility, and the customer will be notified via email. Any refund amounts will be credited to the customer’s by wire transfer..

Any return item obviously must be send to us unused, complete and in the original packaging except for warranty claim (please see our warranty policy)

To initiate any kind of return, the customer must complete this return form and send it by email to info@magnaflow.it. The customer will need their order confirmation number, along with email address associated with the order. If the customer does not have their order number, they can contact us here. Please follow the directions on the page to process the return.
